Jessica Pulis works as a criminologist and completed her PhD, in Sociology and Legal Studies, from the University of Waterloo. Her areas of specialization include the operation of the youth justice system, youth corrections, youth justice legislation, and marginalized persons experiences with police, courts and corrections.
