Andrew Helsdon

Research Assistant

Andrew has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. He is currently practicing as a tax lawyer in Toronto, advising clients on Canadian income tax issues pertaining principally to mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate reorganizations. Andrew is a passionate supporter of grassroots charitable organizations, and seeks to be a dedicated steward of his community.
